(1) Rip at the highest bitrate available

(2) Transfer in Stereo only

(3) Do not use filtering

(4) Use better quality earbuds or headphones if possible

NeuroSonica is not conventional sound or normal brainwave entrainment audio that can be converted to an mp3 format without some loss of sound quality! Athough transferring your sessions to an iPod or any other digital music player will  compromise some of our frequencies and other technologies they will nonetheless still produce their primary benefits and be very effecive. Although using lossless formats or  higher bitrates will take up more room on your digital audio player, it will generally  produce  a much better result, so always choose the highest possible bitrate for the format you are using if possible.
