What is the best time to listen?
For most sessions this is up to you, but with some sessions you will be instructed to play, or avoid playing them at specific times. For example, we don't reccommend you play stimulation sessions just before bed time or too much relaxation during the day if you have depression or AD/HD. It is also generally better to set a specific time of day or night so your listening sessions become more routine. Having said that, once you are familiar with your sessions and your responses, we encourage you to experiment and do whatever works best for you.
