This should make little, if any difference, and certainly not enough to warrant swapping your headphones around. Research suggests that it is extremely rare for brain hemispheres to be reversed except in the case of mirror image twins. Just make sure the opening word 'Neuro' is in your right ear and 'Sonica' your left unless instructed otherwise.
